Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reset my password?

Open the Roamly app, tap "Log in", then tap "Forgot password". Enter your email address and follow the reset link sent to your inbox. The link expires after 60 minutes.

How do I connect with my partner?

Go to the Profile section in the app and generate a couple code. Share that code with your partner so they can attach to your couple. Alternatively, send an invitation via email — your partner will be prompted to download the app, then generate their own code and attach to your couple.

How do credits work?

Credits are used for AI-powered features like itinerary generation (costs vary by trip length) and day route optimization. You can earn free credits by watching rewarded ads, or purchase credit packs from the Credits section in the app.

Can I get a refund for purchased credits?

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from our Request Account Deletion page. We process deletion requests within 30 days. All your trips, wishlists, and personal data will be permanently removed.

The AI generated incorrect locations. What should I do?

AI-generated itineraries are suggestions based on your preferences and destination data. You can regenerate the itinerary for different results, manually edit individual stops, or contact support@vavic.org if you consistently see poor results for a specific destination.

Why was my AI generation empty or incomplete?

This can happen if the destination is very remote or if there was a temporary service issue. Try regenerating — each attempt uses credits only if the AI returns a valid result. If credits were deducted without results, contact support for a credit restoration.

How do I share my trip with others?

Open your trip, tap the share icon, and choose a share format. You can share a link that others can view.
